It is not mandatory to attend the Thai Elite membership application process in person. A sales agent will represent you during the application process.
However, your physical presence is necessary during the visa issuance process. This can take place at the Thai Embassy abroad, Suvarnabhumi airport or the Bangkok immigration office.
