Located on the northwest of Phuket, Bangtao-Layan takes only 20-minutes commute from Phuket International Airport.
Bangtao-Layan is outstanding for its elongated, peaceful and secluded white sand beaches that extends over a few kilometers. Laguna, a huge real estate development project situated on the beachside extending over 3 km, is Bangtao-Layan’s signature. The properties found here is suitable for both residential and investment purpose. Most of the area features low lands which is disadvantageous as there’re limited sea and mountain views. It’s cheaper to own a property in this area comparing to various other areas in Phuket.
