West of Kathu City’s is Patong and east is Mueang Phuket, making it convenient to commute to the city and attractions. It ‘s around 30-40 minutes away from Phuket International Airport. Kathu City is a hub for various large and small housing development projects, international school, university, and 3 famous golf clubs. Majority of the area is encircled with abundant forest and you can also find beautiful waterfall and river in this area.
Kathu is more suitable for residential purpose due to its secluded residential area and convenience in commuting into the city. However, if you’d like to make profit from future sale, Kathu is also an attractive option because of cheaper land price comparing to various other vicinity areas due to abundance land supply.
